Product Description

Clay insulating series is a kind of light refractory material product. Its main raw material is the floating bead of flyash in thermal power plants. Its producing process includes: adding moderate agglomerant and auxiliary materials, which are mainly refractory clay fine powder with all passing through 100 mesh, together with floating bead, homogeneously mixing, pressure moulding and calcining with high temperature.

Application
The series is suitable for insulating layers and linings of glass furnaces, other thermal industrial furnaces as well as other thermal industrial equipments.

Characteristics
It has high compressive strength, low thermal conductivity and other characteristics. In the working process, it is capable of reducing thermal capacity of furnace body and increasing furnace thermal efficiency.
