Ceramic fiber board is correspondingly made of ceramic fiber cotton of normal type, standard type, high pure type and zirconium-containing type. Its production includes drying and machine processing via vacuum moulding or dry process.

In addition to excellent properties of corresponding bulk ceramic fiber cotton, ceramic fiber board has distinctive hardness, toughness, strength and wind erosion resistance, and owns advantages of no thermal expansion, light weight, construction convenience and feasibilities of shearing and bending. It is an energy-saving material of furnace, pipe and other insulation equipment.

Classification temperature:
Ordinary ceramic fiber board 1100ºC
Standard ceramic fiber board 1260ºC
High pure ceramic fiber board 1260ºC
High alumina ceramic fiber board 1360ºC
Zirconium-containing ceramic fiber board at 1430ºC

Working temperature:
It depends on types of heat source, environmental atmosphere and the conditions of materials application.
